Status - 18:30 to 19:09 hours From leaving Surok’s location she headed towards the auxiliary Brig. Miranda expected to see the ‘Drak’ Ambassador secured in a cell. Upon arriving at the said location, nothing. Glared at the crewmen at the station and walked out. Tapped her combadge, “ Computer? Where is my damn Marine team?” The Cold Harbor Computer replied, ‘Specify?’ Miranda sighed with a slight frustration, followed with a slam of her hand on a bulkhead. “ Where is Ambassador Ann’Knox?” saying in an aggravated tone. The computer stated stoically, ‘Ambassador Ann’Knox is not on board the Cold Harbor.’ ‘Is that so’, she thought. “ Where is Sergeant Major Ahn-Chi?” Computer answered, ‘Deck 10, Mess hall.’ The power flickered slightly and two things came in to mind. Ether the confident Vulcan is getting his way with ‘protocol’ or her missing ‘Drak’ has put down the marine team. Just as Miranda left to the corridor she tapped on to her combadge to only stop for a moment. The disruption to the power got stronger. A mere blinking of light became abrupt irregular energy disturbance. Tapped her combadge and spoke, “ I take it your not getting your answer...” meant it as a humorous statement for Surok, however, ended up saying it more of a fact. While discovering that she wasn’t getting anywhere either. Briefly taking a small Turbo lift down one deck she expected the worst. She held on the handle to her Phaser but kept it in the holster. “ What the hell is this?” Found her self looking at a drunk on duty Marine and Security team drinking with the ‘Drak’. “ Sergeant Major, what the hell do you think you are doing? I expect her in the brig”, Miranda said out loud giving out an expression of disappointment. From the crowd growing and the center of it all of the Ambassador. “ I want this room cleared out now!” She stated in a firmly. The Mess hall had turned in to a Risa night club and her voice wasn’t being heard. Miranda pulled out her Phaser and shot at the ceiling. “What do you think?” She said under her breath…thinking that she found this old hag rather slow. Obviously a group of blokes drinking in a pub. What else would it look like? These people in this reality had a knack to point out the obvious…the federation were full of old condescending tossers. The Asian hag said in a loud but not that loud voice, “Sergeant Major, what the hell do you think you are doing? I expect her in the brig.”
An’u turned around and now faced the acting Executive officer and said, “The cheeky girl is sleeping…she had to much to drink. I couldn’t drink these rubbish ‘drinks’ you serve here. Modified them…” An’u gave a smirk at the blokes around her and the small Chinese Sergeant Major woman face down on the table. An’u stood up and gently kick-pushed Ahn with her black boot…Ahn fell from the table and the seat that she was seated on. Ahn fell over on to the ground…and An’u stepped over the Sergeant Major and walked towards and directly in front of the acting Executive officer, Miranda.
It seemed she was too bothered by her chavs ignoring her. It was mostly still because she wasn’t in control of them all still. It would have been wicked to control Miranda as well but it would fail to get her point across. “I want this room cleared out now!” said by Miranda and next that this ‘ching chong’ lady fires her Phaser up towards the ceiling. An’u doesn’t flinch nor Starfleet men moved from their drunken laughter.
She walked out of the group and in front of Miranda, “You are no better then Samuel. You both are loose cannons, yeah. So…your XO sends you to talk to me, eh? Doctor Tyler indispose? What a coward.” An’u had no idea that the chain of command changed. Didn’t know that this Miranda woman had murdered the annoying but attractive bloke, Tyler. She had better luck with him to reach an agreement then the Colonel nor this woman before her.
“Lets have a go…yeah? Sit and have a drink with me. It would loosen those sexually frustrated shoulders of yours.” An’u walked around Miranda while she spoke…she gestured rubbing those tight muscles. “Lets talk about you getting me…or having me discuss terms to someone you can. I swear…if you say ‘surrender’ like that arrogant Colonel, you will join him...” An’u smiled but with her pretty grayish green eyes she made it clear that she wasn’t playing anymore.

Post by Lt. Commander Surok on Feb 2, 2012 9:52:20 GMT -6
"No, Commander. The only thing I can ascertain is that it did not come from me."
"Alright, thank you for that."
Surok glanced at the two in the brig, sighing slightly. Moments later, Miranda chirped over the intercom. He glanced at the ceiling, rather annoyed. He tapped his badge. "That situation is under control, Colonel. However, the third team has yet to bring in our third witness." There was a hint of his annoyance in his voice, he tapped his badge then, closing the channel.
"Understand, please, that it was not my decision to bring you two down here. With the extreme circumstances of our current situation, I do believe our acting captain over-reacted, as I would have preferred to conduct questioning of this sort in a conference room. This situation requires trust on all of our parts, and bringing you to the brig does not cultivated any trust."
He looked to the more aggitated, Herau. "I mean you no harm, and am willing to lower the force field as a sign of good will. I've already dismissed our security detail, they do not need to be here, and I believe I do not need protection... When I lower this forcefield, I need you to talk to me in a language our Universal Translator will understand." He stepped forward in an unthreatening manner, towards the console.
Pressing a key on it, he lowered the forcefield.
"Alright, here I am showing my trust. I'm unarmed. I just need honest answers so I can release you both." He stepped back in front of the cell door, and placed his hands behind his back, a calm demeanor across his face. "As I said, it was not my idea to bring either of you here. However, I do wish to release you as soon as possible." Still looking at Herau, he nodded. "Can you please tell me anything regarding this attack, or the neural signal? Colonel Grant's life may depend on any information you can give us.
Through all of this, he kept his voice very even, if not soothing. He knew, logically, that the means of their detainment was going to create an heir of distrust. The only way he was going to regain that trust was to show he was vulnerable and held no power.

Waiting for the commander to respond, she took note of the lighting flickering on and off, and also any other electrical system within the confines of the cell and the immediate area. Her hair and fur stood up, as if she were standing in an electrical or magnetic field. That was not her doing but she knew where the source was coming from.
She turned her attention to the other in the cell, not the catatonic one but the moving up the wall towards the ceiling. She shook her head slightly as White Eyes reached the ceiling, "Show off" She muttered before the other one spoke in a language she hadn't bothered to learn, nor thought she would need to learn in the last couple thousand years of life. Perhaps she had been wrong in the assumption?
Turning back to the commander, she heard him say "Alright, thank you for that." She grunted with a twitch of her whiskers, an sign of annoyance from her feline side. She thought she heard a sigh come from the commander before her attention focused on his communicator badge, a moment later, he answered the summons with the report that everything is under control with the addition of a 3rd person having not been brought in yet, sounding as annoyed as she felt, or at least started to. Good, serves him right.
She listened again as he spoke to her and the others in the cell "Understand, please, that it was not my decision to bring you two down here. With the extreme circumstances of our current situation, I do believe our acting captain over-reacted, as I would have preferred to conduct questioning of this sort in a conference room." A glare from her would tell him that she agreed that whomever decided to put them in the brig is indeed an over reaction and is lucky she doesn't over react as well "This situation requires trust on all of our parts, and bringing you to the brig does not cultivated any trust." Her tail lashed at that, a flash of anger from her feline side, with the thought "No, it cultivates the thought of me wanting to tear your arm off and beat you with it. Naturally, that is one of the nicer thoughts of what she wanted to do
She turned back to White Eyes as the commander spoke to her, claiming he meant no harm, adding I've already dismissed our security detail, they do not need to be here, and I believe I do not need protection..." That's what he thinks, she thought with a bit of ironic amusement "When I lower this force field, I need you to talk to me in a language our Universal Translator will understand." She glanced back as he stepped toward the console to lower the force field As soon as the force field dropped, she bolted out of the cell, and grabbed the commander by the left arm. She dug her clawed fingered into his shoulder and gave a yank, thus ripping off the arm. she would then proceed to beat him with the bloody arm ( Attention, this is a thought, not an action. Just to clarify, it is only a thought ) While that thought gave her amusement, she merely stood there and watched as he came forward and told White Eyes that he is unarmed. She didn't think that mattered. She presumed that White Eyes could take him out whether he is armed or not. She knew she could. She continued to watch as he took a relaxed, hands behind the back stance. Not a good idea, in her opinion, especially around unknowns. She turned her attention back to White eyes as he repeated/confirmed that it wasn't his idea to throw them into the brig, then asked her to tell her anything she knew about the attack on the colonel, whether she done it or not, and in a language that he and his translator device could understand. She simply waited for White Eyes' response

Status – 19:49 hours Miranda’s chest and mind raced, taking in all that she saw and heard. Watch her officers and marines doing things that would disgrace what they have stood for. She couldn’t fathom how this damnable woman, Ann’Knox, could manage to effect these many trained men and women to betray their discipline? Miranda couldn’t help but keep going back on Colonel Grant. Thinking how on Earth did he see anything in this harlot. Then again they weren’t on Earth and people do often change after the academy, unless you’re a Vulcan. Simply she didn’t hear everything uttered by the Ambassador. Miranda was over whelmed hadn’t realized she actually shot at the ceiling. From all thing ‘crazy’ she saw of this Ann’Knox. The ‘Drak’ appeared nearly from nowhere. Miranda’s blood boiled as she saw Ann’Knox kick the Marine Commander to the ground and even conveyed she had attacked the Colonel. Along with she would do the same to her. Miranda didn’t care if you were the Borg Queen let alone a ‘Drak’ supernatural being, ‘ I don’t respond to threats and I will not allow you to make this starship your own personal playground. Release your hold on my crew! If you want to deal with me then do it.” If her mind was thinking rational, perhaps she could see the pending doom she placed upon herself. Like Colonel Grant; Lieutenant Colonel Presscott-Shaw was cut from the same cloth. Shoot first and ‘maybe’ ask questions after. Miranda had no intentions on having a drink with this adolescent but she realized she had slightly overreacted. Possibly had caused this situation to turn towards this direction. “ I will sit with you if you stop what you are doing to my crew? Then we can talk about whatever you want, yes?” She said in an aggravated tone but as possible without being rude. Post location records - Current Location - Deck 10, Mess hall

Post by Herau Vél’Kü é'lyria on Mar 4, 2012 19:46:43 GMT -6
Nearly from the summit of the holding cell, Herau’s sights fell upon the man beyond the energy barrier. Thoughts that came upon from within was of a cage animal. The walls were tremendously near and the field of energy made it no better. Though s/he wasn’t alone but the strong fear of being captive be overwhelming. The logical one spoke to all, however, Herau simply took notice of after the wall of energy fell. "Alright, here I am showing my trust. I'm unarmed. I just need honest answers so I can release you both." Herau arrest the faint weeping from under the hood. The words that this man spoke were unclear at first. "As I said, it was not my idea to bring either of you here. However, I do wish to release you as soon as possible." Surok’s sights were upon Herau while he continued to say, "Can you please tell me anything regarding this attack, or the neural signal? Colonel Grant's life may depend on any information you can give us.”
Though this man is wise and kind; Herau could confirm through the aura that Surok gave out. S/he would kindly have said what she knew to him, however, the genetic codes written prevents…. Beliefs kept from within conveyed admittance of the crime, however, uttered no words. Herau looked upon the scans that were presented and knew two possible results. As é'lyria calmed her mind and heart…. The grip on the walls loosen and Herau descended disturbing no molecules. Had morph Herau’s physical form from above to below altered instantly. The body earlier from the over sized uniform did not fill the figure but presently what stood before they had. The hooded creature emitted a confidence that was absence from before. The uniform became more suited for the body beneath and the voice carried deeper. The hood came off and what looked strait at Surok, then at the Drak hybrid was a tall man.
His eyes had an aluminous shine to them. Had no hair but shaved. His attention shifted from the voice of authority, Surok subsequently to the small woman on the floor, that no one saw. Herau saw a sleeping creature of beauty. Quickly he crouched over her and took Kael in to his arms. I think we have harmed her, é'lyria and I. She must be taken to sickbay. Seems that her nervous system had momentarily shut down. The conductive metallic make up of Lo’Ami is delicate towards anomalous energy spikes. It is prudent we assist her….
He gave no interest to anyone else nor that he even knew he was in the holding cell. When Vél’Kü looked up at Jessica and Surok, surprise and intrigue must have been in their faces. He gave his concern to Kael and softly stroked his fingers on her face. It is possible I may return her mind. A spark from his finger tips lifted the electrical imbalance from her body. Any moment Kael would awaken to find herself in the arms of a Drak. Status + 19:32 MET → 19:45 MET + Federation Space, in an uninhabited asteroid belt + Deck 17, Brig + Tag | Surok, Kael & Jessica

In the mess hall, Ahn doesn't remember much. She feels rather giddy, and very sleepy. It's pretty hard to remember what she had come in here for, but there's a nagging feeling- which keeps trying to quash her mood- that she was forgetting something important. She can only seem to pay attention and focus to things around her in a vague, bemused manner.
A yelling voice stirs her briefly and she tries to fight against the befuddling feeling, but it doesn't go away. If she were capable of getting angry, she would definitely have been angry by now. She looks up at the woman with the angry voice and giggles vaguely, then puts her head back on the table.
(I will try to post when I can, I am trying to get back into the swing of things.)

Jessica stood there, off to the side somewhat, so that she wouldn't obstruct the commander's view of the wall crawler, not that it mattered any. She looked between the both of them, her tail twitching, her arms crossed, and her ears tipped toward the front of her head. She was curious at what the other would do next but she was also more irritated and impatient having to wait Finally the wall crawler decided to descend, having gained enough trust to trust the commander. Her head moved with the creature, her arms still folded, tail still twitching., then stilled and stiffed, her ears, flicking to the rear side of her head, especially when the hood came off to reveal a male.. with no head fur! She blinked, first she smelled a female from under the hood but the creature revealed is a male. That seemed natural, Draks seemed to be born with the gender changing trait. She, however, did not inherit that trait from her natural born mother, but then again, perhaps she did but with all the other alien genes in her system, it chose not to activate, which suited her just fine. Her Eeauioan side recoiled as well. No head-fur, or hair, on the male's head. That was unheard of in Eeaiuoan culture. One would be considered sick with Noisy baby or a more serious degenerative diseases then to go without fur. The Drak male spoke again, breaking into her personal musings, she realizing he moved over to the figure in the corner then lay unconscious. That one seemed a lower class of drak but still a drak or something similar The drak male spoke of taking the female to the infirmary to cure any wounds that he had incurred during his static charge routine. Jessica looked back to the commander a moment, then back to the drak mail, turning to move toward him. "I can take this one to the medical ward. Since my innocence has been determined in harming the Colonel, I no longer need to be here." She was tired of waiting and wanted to do something..

Cold Harbor Story Action
*This is a post that will start everyone to start posting again. Will give everyone a direction and someone to interact with. I understand everyone is ether busy with RL and has gotten lost in what is going on in the SL. I hope this helps start us back up.* The Cold Harbor Systems go on ‘Lock Down’, where key parts of the vessel (to name a few the Bridge and Main Engineering…. Etc.) displays and consoles go black. Only message that remain on the screens are ‘Priority One Silent Lock Down’. All external and internal communications are down. No one can leave in those said ‘key’ sections of the vessel. All other compartments of the vessel are unhindered and unaware of the status of the ship. On one of the external ports of the Cold Harbor the air lock opens. An unclear team of what appeared to be soldiers enter the ship. They take a direct path and secured each junction with a of pair soldiers. They go strait without any hesitation to the Mess Hall. Any Cold Harbor Personnel and Marine are detained or disabled without a fight. The intruders used a discreet device to freeze any persons that they encountered. The team stop just a few meters from the Mess Hall. From the open airlock a ‘Dark Figure’ enters. It was slightly larger then the soldiers but it didn’t look unnatural. None of them looked different from a humanoid. The figure reached the head of the line and continued strait in to the Mess Hall. Without announcing its presents the figure held up a dim glowing object. The Drak that stood in front of Lieutenant Colonel Presscott dropped to the floor. Simply appeared that she fainted and the Dark Figured caught her before she landed on the floor. The Dark Figure took the Drak and left the Lieutenant Colonel. Without a word or gesture of any kind it left with the Drak over its shoulder. The Cold Harbor systems go on a red alert and shifting from the Silent Lock Down to normal alert status. The intruders remain on the ship moving to all decks, posting a guard in front of every opening on the ship. The door’s of Sickbay opens and two of the intruder’s soldiers enters. Followed by the Dark Figure with the Drak, it lays the Drak on to a Biobed and stands directly over her. ( Karen, since you didn’t post. Your character is a sleep for the time being.) Another soldiers walks in and quickly becomes clear to be a human physician. He walks up to Doctor Sabina Jackson and introduces himself. “I’m Doctor Kempler of ‘The Institute’. I apologize for the abrupt entrance.” He clearly expressed it on his face, “Doctor Jackson? We have disabled the subject. Do you think ‘we’ can study her properly on your ship?” He stated in a firm but not demanding manner. “Our vessel is dock with your ship, we can transfer any personnel there with the subject. Or if you have other preferences.” As he said in a normal inquisitive tone. His actions must be completely taken Doctor Jackson off guard and confusion. Doctor Kempler looks towards her face in to her eyes. “I’m sorry this is all overwhelming and not to protocol. I’m from ‘The Institute’ and here is my clearance directly from StarFleet Command. We have an opportunity to study this Drak. We have learned she is ‘special’. Well, in many ways. One is that we have found away to disable her. My orders are to work with the Cold Harbor’s Chief Physician. Where this starship and her crew has intimate interaction with the Drak. You are in control or rather we have shared level clearance to work on this subject.” He cautiously reaches out to her hand and raised both of they’re together. “Now, can you please tell me what you want? To remain on your ship and I can bring the necessary people and equipment here or we go to my facility on the USS Vengeance. It is your call.” Doctor Travis Kempler awaits for her response. In the Mess Hall The Executive Officer of the USS Vengeance walks in to the room. He wasn’t impressed by the Lieutenant Colonel Presscott performance. “I don’t know how this ship has stayed together with all these Drak encounters.” He passes by the Lieutenant Colonel and saw a woman waking up(,Lau Ahn-Chi) “Ma’am? Sergeant Major Lau Ahn-Chi? Are you alright?” He leaned down helping her up, “Do you need to go to Sickbay? Or are you able to tell me what happen here?” Miranda stood demanding who they were and who he was. “I thought I just told you. I’m Colonel Ma’Vek of the USS Vengeance. We are here because you called us for assistance. Now that I see what is going on. You are relieved of this ship. Command will fall to the next officer in the chain of Command. His name is Lieutenant Commander Surok.” Colonel Ma’Vek walks away, “Computer, return light levels to standard.” When the lights came on it had revealed that the Colonel was a Vulcan. He directed his men to assist everyone coming out from whatever control that the Drak had of them. Just outside of the Brig, soldiers from the USS Vengeance comes baring down the corridors. Detaining the Cold Harbor’s security team and Chief Security Officer Kitsune. The lead soldier holds up a dim device at the Chief but nothing happened. The soldier passes him and in to the Brig. The next soldier walks up to Kitsune, however, says nothing to him just presses him against the bulkhead with a device, freezing Kitsune were he stood. More men set guard in front of the Brig as if they were waiting on someone. Colonel Ma’Vek comes down the corridor, he spoke to the Marine that held the Chief Security Office of the Cold Harbor. “Release him. Bring him up to speed.” The Vulcan doesn’t look at ether of them but expected his orders to be followed regardless. Vengeance’s lead Marine turns off whatever that was holding Master Sergeant Christopher L. Kitsune. He pulls off his helmet and addresses Kitsune. “Sorry sir! Orders where to hold down anyone till further orders.” The mid aged fellow apologized and gave Kitsune the proper respect. “Sir, we are the Marine Officers from the USS Vengeance. We are to coordinate with you for set a secure defense from any Drak threat between our two ships.” He stood there waiting for him to ether to hit him or answer to the said orders. The soldier who had entered the Brig held up the dim glowing thing. Immediately Herau drops to the ground, however, the other people in the room wasn’t effected. He remained there and pulled out his weapon and pointed it at the unconscious Herau. The soldier says nothing and waits. “Lieutenant Commander Surok?” A voice come from the hallway. “I’m Colonel Ma’Vek of the USS Vengeance. I have relieved your acting commander and I am leaving this ship to you. Since your real Commander is in Sickbay and Presscott…. Well that one is unfit to hold anything. It leaves you, unless you have other thoughts?” Ma’Vek had read Surok’s background and is well aware of his standing. He waited for his response. Meanwhile he gestures to his people to help the small woman that was on the floor with the Drak. The medics scanned her and found the imbalance from her nervous system. They were able to correct it on the spot and watch her wake. The medic tries to talk to Kael Giral’i, “Are you alright? Do you still need to go to Sickbay?” The next medic walks up to Jessica K. Benson Two Dawns, “Are you alright Ma’am? Can I help you with any wounds?” The woman asked her even though she notice she looked fine. She was worried if there were any emotional issues that Jessica might be having. End of Part One

Time seemed to stand still, and she knew she had nothing to do with it. Neither Herau nor did the commander say anything for the longest time. She looked between the two, seeing if they were giving each other a stare down to gauge each other's abilities or to assess the threat level of either individual. Nope, they were just standing there, seemingly frozen. She thought about waving her hand in front of either one to unfreeze them or break Surok's arm off and wave his own hand in front of his face to see if that would get any reaction. Before she could do that though, her ears perked up as she heard a commotion in the hall. Some unknown comes into the brig in full soldier gear, then held up some sort of device. Her brow rose even if she heard Herau drop to the floor ( Let the bodies hit the floor... let the bodies hit the floor... ok, *hops back IC* ) Mr. Soldier then pointed his weapon at the now floored Herau. Pointed and waited. She scowled, thinking point that thing at me and I'll shove it...The rest of that thought was interrupted from a voice in the hallway, addressing Mr. Pointy ears, claiming him as the new CO of the vessel. She made a disgusted sound. She hasn't even reported in yet for duty. A couple of medics came in, one checking the smaller drak female, the unconscious one, the one that got fried during Herau's magnetic display. They seemed to have revived the woman when the other female medic came to her, asking if she was alright, if there were any wounds she could be helped with. Jessica brushes the female medic aside with an annoyed grunt, "I'm fine, I have no injuries.. I just want to get the hell out of here" meaning the brig Can I go now or do I have to rip someone's arm off and eat it first." She was also hungry as she hasn't had anything to eat since who knows how long

Location - outside the brig.
Kitsune- "All good soldier, all good. 20 years ago I might have gotten offended but these days when I'm caught with my pants down I just hope for a reach around or a happy ending to go with the rape I'm about to receive. Sides I'm no worse for the ware. Now my undies that's a different story all together, pure Asian silk, refreshing totally breathable now probably the best place on the ship to grow carrots if ya know what i mean." smiling and hitting the younger man on his shoulder with a cupped hand to show no hard feelings. "So bring me up to speed so I can get a fresh pair of Hughie's."

Locations - Outside the brig
The soldier brought Kitsune up to speed.
"Huh can I sign up for klingon defense force instead." Kitsune had seen some rough patches......ok some covers the first 2 minutes of his existence but he was hoping this tour with starfleet would be more of a way to wined down and get ready to retire in 10-15 years. "Really, couldn't an invasion of fluffy bunnies happen at some point." now he gets why the admiral assigned him here. Oh he was so ganna kick that man in the nuts. "Thank you soldier", saluting him and dismissing him. he pondered for a moment. pulling out his flask as he did so and took another hit to find it was empty "Aie ya, figures, guess I'll head to ten forward get me some of the good stuff" walking off with a smile the thought of some good ale's or bourbons always cheered him up.
Kitsune had forgotten him self yet again, he was new here and had never served on any class ship above a destroyer, so he got lost yet again.
Kitsune entered a pair of large doors, hopefully this was it. "Dang man" he saw that he was in the sick bay, "Ooooo" he entered the sick bay, this would work to his advantage no matter how it went. he saw a tall beautiful one sitting on a bed. she looked bored and agitated. "Bingo" perhaps she would wanna accompany him to ten forward, then at least he would get that drink too.
"Howdy Ma'am, my Names Master Chief Kitsune, I'm new to the crew and I have appeared to have gotten lost. By chance could you point me to Ten forward, less you wish to blow this joint and show me? for which i would be grateful for both the guide and company".
