Posted by Major Arishela (Resigned) She listened to him and raised her eyebrow. This made no sense, this ship was held together by what? A thought, a humans prayer perhaps. Now she knew without question, Star Fleet had serious problems, fools were in charge. Or perhaps, since there were so many exchange officers it was a test of some sort. She heard what he had to say regarding what was needed. This is a joke perhaps she thought. If so it was badly constructed. There was nothing to do about personnel, they either or didn't. The increased hours would be upsetting to them, but they see her working just hard as they did. With only half of all weapons, and amour needed they had better not have an encounter. She had seen the Drak, have armour and weapons come out her body, that was not an option for them. She could expect fatalities and higher then average injuries in any encounter until the armory was properly stocked. Security systems, she had very knowledge of repairing them but she would see what she could do. Perhaps one of her or a Marine has knowledge in engineering. She sent a message to the MCO, If any of your people have knowledge of repairing security systems can you send them?

“Chief, it’s not much, but I’ll reroute some of the Officers and Department Heads down to Engineering, it’ll give you just under a hundred additional people.” Said Sam to his Engineering Chief “They’ll all out ‘rank you’, but they’ll just have to get used to taking orders for the next day in a half instead of giving them…” he thought a moment “because I said so.” He finished with a smile.
“I think I’ll lend some muscle down on the loading docks getting material stowed, as I’m sure the Chief doesn’t want me touching any of his systems; my engineering instructor at the Academy would have a heart attack…” he laughed.
Sam turned in his chair as the Tactical Officer asked a question, so he could look right at him. “The quantity they have, Lieutenant, the time we don’t. Even with our transporters running none stop, and shuttle runs, we couldn’t load up completely in time. Even at max capacity, plus we’d interfere with other needed and on going operations.”
Sam raised an inquisitive eyebrow as the Lt. went on to mention several ‘classified weapons’ that Starfleet Security had been working on and that were in development. “You find some; we’ll take anything we can get.” He said simply.
“Speaking of which,” Sam said again, “I only want the transporters receiving material, I don’t want anytime wasted ‘beaming things off’. Use the 4 shuttles that we have in the Hanger Bay to ferry material/s over and have the working ‘Marine Lander’ dedicated to the Major and her medical supply raid.”
Hearing his FCO speak up, Sam looked back at him “Of course Captain, make haste. Make sure your ‘birds’ are loaded first, before any of the Cold Harbor’s ‘storage bays’ receive munitions.”
As a momentary paused occurred, he tapped his combadge “Colonel Grant to Ambassador Ann, could you meet me in the Observation Lounge on the Bridge?” Sam wasn’t sure how she’d be feeling, with all that was going on, but he’d ask her anyway; duty required no less.

Posted by Lieutenant Junior Grade Yuriko Saito (Resigned) Location: Observation LoungeShe nodded to the Colonel as he dismissed her she left the Observation Lounge and headed for deck 5 where the main impulse engines were. She took the TL and moments later she was there. Location: Deck 5Looking over the main impulse engine it was a lost cause. The Driver coil assembly was missing and the Accelerator/ generator was burned out. Not to mention all the Impulse fusion reactors but one were missing. "Just great...." well luckily this ship had additional impulse engine mounts on the saucer section. She went to check the port impulse engine. Another few moments she was there looking it over. She smiled it was in good shape and all there now if the starboard side was the same they would be in good shape. She made her way to the starboard impulse engine. As she inspected it the only thing she could find wrong was that the deuterium fuel supply lines to the impulse reaction chamber's were ruptured. That's why the port side impulse engine was not working a break in the fuel line would automatically cut off the deuterium to all the impulse reactor's. This would be a quick fix and solve two problems the other being emergency maneuvering ability. If by some reason the lost helm control she could use the impulse engines to turn it would not be pretty but it would work. She started her work hopefully she thought she might be able to get 3 things on her list working.

Posted by First Lieutenant Bob Murkeye Location: En-route to EngineeringOn the way to engineering Bob stopped at his quarters to get his ‘lucky toolbox’ and grab a large thermos full of water. “It’s going to be a long day” he said to himself. Once he left he tapped on his com badge “Chief Murkeye to all heads of the engineering teams, meet me in Engineering ASAP.”Upon entering in engineering Bob found most of the team heads already there, and as he waited for the others, he started writing out orders on PADDs. Once they all arrived he said “Ok, here’s the plan, we need as much running on this ship as possible in just over 35 hours.” He got a few laughs and scoffs at that. He slammed his webbed fist on the nearby workstation. “I’m serious, Charlie and Sierra team join the teams working on Tactical and report to Lieutenant Grax; teams Hotel and Romeo join the teams working on Operations and report to Lieutenant D’Nal; Teams Delta and X-ray join the teams working on helm control and report to Lieutenant Saito; Team Golf join the teams working on sickbay and report to Doctor Jackson; the rest of you are with me, we are going to get this warp core running” He handed all the PADDs out as he was speaking. They all looked stunned. “What?! Have I grown a second tail?!” He looks at his behind. “We are on a time schedule people! Dismissed!” They scattered. As they left the other 100 or so additional help that the Colonel sent, arrived, and Bob sent them on various tasks depending on their experience. When that was finished he turned to the core “Ok, now let’s see how bad this baby is…” He grabbed his ‘lucky toolbox’ and set to work. Location: Engineering

Posted by Lieutenant Branson Tyler He works on a few systems on the Bridge, he wanted to at least provide that the displays on the deck stop flickering. He jumped in with the engineering team. He works along side them, as he knew what they needed. His enhance brain could read others and that of the computers systems. He lays in side the station and pulls and reworks the systems. He gets a reply from one of the guest, upon meeting Miss Sabal he explains what he did to the system to an engineer and left for his office.
Once his at his Counselor’s Office he sat be hide his work desk and kept the door open. As his door and ear is always open to the crew. He works from his computer, thinking of solutions to help enhance the Cold Harbor. Sabal came as promptly as he did, introduced her self and Branson met with her hand. It is an honor to meet you Miss Ithra. You can just call me Branson; I like to have simple names when just talking. It helps everyone not ‘feel’ strange, he spoke to her as if he had emotions. You could never tell that he did or didn’t have emotions. If you could read his mind or feel his feelings it would be like looking in to a black void. Nothing! Was there, however how he carried him self showed other wise.
I spoke with the Colonel, I suggested if you are willing miss. He gave her a warm smile. The ship as you can see isn’t all together just yet, however with a little teamwork. It should be good as new but I feel if we can work with you. It will promote a good bond or develop a bond with our family, the crew. With your new knowledge and your perspective I think we can reach our goals to get this boat sailing. He smiled. So, what I’m trying to say is you willing to help us? It’ll help the crew get pass the unknown of you and get to know the real person that you are. Regardless if you decline I completely understand and I honor your decision.

Posted by Lieutenant Tam Grax Location: Observation Lounge, near the exitColonel Grant turned his chair to looks straight at him, which he didn't mind but it was something humans didn't do around him. This upped his respect for the Colonel “The quantity they have, Lieutenant, the time we don’t. Even with our transporters running none stop, and shuttle runs, we couldn’t load up completely in time. Even at max capacity, plus we’d interfere with other needed and on going operations.”He gave a nod, then watched as the Colonel's brow raise and his demeanor change a bit, acting like he touched a not so public subject. Perhaps it may have been still classified, the "rumors" he had heard about development of the torpedoes that he mentioned. Grant simply said "If you can find some, we'll take anything that he could get" He nodded again, feeling a bit small since receiving the Colonel's silent rebuke. At least, it felt like one to him "Yes, Sir. I'll see.." paused as the Colonel continued with “I only want the transporters receiving material, I don't want anytime wasted ‘beaming things off’. Use the 4 shuttles that we have in the Hanger Bay to ferry material/s over and have the working ‘Marine Lander’ dedicated to the Major and her medical supply raid.”He gave another nod then repeated what he started to say "Yes, Sir. I'll see what I can do and get started on the Tactical systems"Location: Observation Lounge to Main Bridge, Tactical stationWith that, he left the Observation lounge, going back to the Bridge to help the engineer already there to get the console up and running. While doing that, he contacted the shuttle bay and asked to "borrow" three shuttles to go on a few runs to get as many supplies ( torpedoes ) as they can. He knew the Colonel said 4 shuttles but he left one just in case somebody else wished to use or would need one As he got done speaking with the shuttle bay, Engineering teams Charlie and Sierra reported in to him on the Bridge. He smiled a bit, thankful for their help, then grew serious Team Sierra, I would like you to assist me in getting the entire phaser array back in working order. As you know that consists with 12 systems that are all over the ship" Sierra team nods, with a few groans but he ignores the groans "We have 35 hours to get everything in working order. Please work as fast as you can" He watched as they dispersed and went to do as he asked/ordered He then turned to team Charlie "You, gentlemen.. and ma'am" as he noticed a woman in the gorup "I would like you to work on the four torpedo launchers which need to be entirely replaced" At their suprised looks and gasps "Yes, I did say they needed to be replaced entirely. I feel that would be easier then trying to fix them in the time alotted. I do not care how you accomlish this. Call the base and order them, steal them from other ships that aren't being used that are in port.." He smirked a bit in humor on that last one "Just get it done". A collective "Yes, sir" was heard before they left as well He turned back to the tactical console and sighed then thought about the best way to get the automatic targeting systems re-aligned and working again

Posted by Major Arishela (Resigned) She was quiet and thats unusual for a Klingon be', in a stressful and frustrating situation. She felt the Qul'Iw as it entered her blood stream. Her hearts began to race, and her breathing quickened. She enjoyed the feeling for the moment, knowing it would invigorate her. She heard what the fish person said, and how he divided his resources. A slight smirk crossed her face for a moment. Seems he considered security non essential. Very well, lets see if security thinks that engineering is non-important in an emergency. She fought the laugh down, knowing she wouldn't do that. Unlike some, to her every part of this *thing* loosely defined as a ship was important. As the meeting ended she got up and went directly to her office she had plans that were just formulated and needed to be implemented. She nodded to the others as she left. She had no time for the niceties. She entered the TL with the MCO, "It is appreciated lending your engineer to me."

Posted by Major Arishela (Resigned) She looked at him and there was a second surge of Qul'Iw. A non commissioned officer as her superiour. She gulped, looking straight ahead. Her right hand balled into a fist as she hit her leg. He was unaware of her reaction. "Of course *Qah*" She said nothing else as the door opened she walked out and went to her office.
